Non-fungible tokens, or NFTs for short, are digital tokens that provide public information for any underlying asset. This can be used with, but not limited to digital content such as art, music, and games. By creating an NFT for one of these assets you stamp the item, providing people with a way to guarantee authenticity and originality of your work. When you then sell an NFT, you also sell the use and rights for the underlying asset.
